This Refund Policy applies to all voluntary donations and digital credit purchases made on MuFairyThrone.

1. Voluntary Donations

All payments on this website are voluntary donations made to support server development, hosting, and maintenance. Donations are not required to play on the server.

2. Digital Nature of Bonuses

After a successful payment, you may receive Fairy Coins or other configured donation bonuses. These are intangible digital goods delivered to your game account and have no real-world cash value.

3. General No-Refund Rule

Because digital bonuses are delivered instantly or shortly after payment confirmation, refunds are generally not provided when:

• Fairy Coins or bonuses have already been added to your account;
• You have used any portion of the received Fairy Coins or bonuses;
• You changed your mind after completing the payment;
• You selected the wrong pack but bonuses were already delivered;
• Your account was banned for violating server rules or terms.

4. Exceptions We May Review

We may consider a refund or credit adjustment only in these cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same order;
• Payment was charged but Fairy Coins were never delivered;
• Technical error on our side prevented delivery;
• Confirmed payment processor error (subject to provider rules).

5. Request Deadline

Refund or delivery dispute requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Late requests may be denied.

6. Required Information

When contacting us, include:

• Account username;
• Payment date and amount;
• Payment method used (PayPal, PayNow, MercadoPago, crypto, etc.);
• Transaction ID or crypto TX hash;
• Short description of the issue.

7. Cryptocurrency Payments

Crypto donations are processed manually after blockchain confirmation. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transfers, cryptocurrency payments are usually non-refundable. Always verify the wallet address, network, and amount before sending.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving Fairy Coins may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban. Please contact support first so we can resolve delivery issues.

9. Final Decision

Each case is reviewed individually. The administration reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or deny any refund request.
