Fairy Throne

This document is a public offer by MuFairyThrone to enter into an agreement on the terms below regarding voluntary donations and digital bonuses.

1. Definitions

• Administration — the operators of MuFairyThrone website and game server.
• User — any person who registers an account or makes a donation.
• Donation — a voluntary payment made to support the server.
• Digital Bonus — Fairy Coins or other in-game benefits credited to the user account.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Administration offers Users the ability to make voluntary donations. In exchange, the Administration may credit Digital Bonuses to the User’s account according to the selected donation pack shown on the donation page.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance of this offer occurs when the User:

• Registers an account and agrees to the Terms of Service and Game Rules;
• Initiates and completes a donation payment;
• Uses credited Digital Bonuses on the server.

From the moment of acceptance, the agreement between the User and the Administration is considered concluded.

4. Donation Amount

Donation amounts and corresponding Digital Bonus packs are displayed on the donation page. The User selects the desired pack before completing payment. All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the payment form.

5. Payment Methods

Donations may be processed through available payment gateways, including but not limited to:

• PayPal;
• PayNow;
• MercadoPago;
• Cryptocurrency transfers (manual verification).

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. The Administration does not store full payment card or banking credentials.

6. Delivery of Digital Bonuses

Digital Bonuses are delivered to the account used during checkout:

• Automatic delivery: PayPal, PayNow, MercadoPago, and similar integrated gateways credit bonuses after payment confirmation;
• Manual delivery: cryptocurrency donations are credited after staff verifies the transaction on the blockchain.

Delivery times may vary depending on payment provider status, network confirmation, or manual review.

7. Nature of Digital Bonuses

Digital Bonuses are not physical products, have no monetary value outside the server, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted as part of game balance updates.

8. Refunds

Refund conditions are defined in our Refund Policy. By making a donation, the User acknowledges that refunds are limited once Digital Bonuses are delivered or used.

9. User Obligations

The User agrees to provide accurate account information, not abuse payment systems, and not initiate fraudulent chargebacks after receiving Digital Bonuses.

10. Administration Rights

The Administration may change donation packs, bonus amounts, payment methods, and server features. Changes take effect upon publication on the website unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” The Administration is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, blockchain networks, internet outages, or force majeure events.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

The Administration may update this Public Offer at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of donation services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised offer.
